We believe in empowering recruiters to make the right hiring choices by providing them with direct access to verified talent near their jobsites. On the flip side, our goal is to make finding high-paying jobs easier for tradespeople across all 50 states.
The Idea Behind American Recruits
American Recruits is a project created by the people behind OSHAOutreachCourses.com. Through years of helping workers complete online safety training, our team interacted closely with tradespeople building their credentials as well as the employers and organizations responsible for hiring and training them.
Those conversations highlighted a recurring challenge: workers are often difficult for the right recruiters to find, while workers do not always have an effective way to show employers where they are available, what they can do, and which credentials they have earned.
American Recruits grew from the idea of bringing those two sides together through an interactive map. Workers can present their experience and qualifications, while recruiters can identify relevant talent in the areas where they are hiring.
Our background in online OSHA-authorized safety training also shaped another important part of the platform: credential verification. By helping verify relevant certifications and licenses, American Recruits gives workers added legitimacy when presenting themselves for opportunities and gives recruiters more confidence when reviewing potential hires.
